Unlimited bundles offer 1GB of unlimited 5G data every 24 hours from first use. After the 1 GB is used, unlimited data will be available at reduced speeds for the rest of the 24 hours.

2. Registration and activation

Acceptance of the terms:Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is compatible with eSIM technology. A list of compatible devices is available on our website. By proceeding with registration, the customer acknowledges that his device is compatible.

2.2. Purchase and activation process

After successful registration, customers can proceed to purchase and activate their eSIM:

Selection of eSIM:Customers can browse different eSIM options on our platform, each tailored to different needs and destinations.

Payment process:Customers can proceed to payment once the eSIM has been selected. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Alipay. All transactions are processed securely; the payment currency is in US dollars ($).

3. Payment and financial terms

3.2. Refunds and cancellations

General policy:eSIMs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Customers are not entitled to a refund if their devices are not unlocked or if they are not eSIM compatible.

Unlimited Bundles: Unlimited bundles are limited and the speed is reduced after a specific amount of data is used at maximum speed.

Monthly Subscriptions:Defy Mobile SIMs have monthly plans and these must be renewed to continue using the number and not lose it.

Virtual Numbers:Virtual numbers do not work on WhatsApp and other similar services, and the Customer is not entitled to a refund if he does not receive the OTP codes for such services.

4. Legal and compliance

4.1. Governing Law and Legal Compliance:

Jurisdiction:The services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in this region.
